Yoga Bolster

My husband confiscated my previous yoga bolster, so I had to buy another one for myself. This one is the perfect size, shape, and firmness. I highly recommend it.

I like this bolster, it's firm and made of eco-friendly materials. It feels a little bit shorter in length than the ones you'll find in a yoga studio. It works for me since I am not particularly tall (5'6"), but perhaps do your homework on length if you are on the towering giant side.

Love this yoga bolster. Color is as pictured. It has a nice carry handle on one end. Flattened oval is a great shape and proves nice neck and back support. Perfect firmness and the cover is easy to remove and wash.

I am a bodyworker, so I have used this on my clients (with a pillowcase over it) and also in my own meditation practice. It has been really loved since I got this and it is still as good as new!This is impressive since I've owned many bolsters in my career and I usually prefer pillows over bolsters with this as an exception. It is supportive, yet comfortable.As for my meditation use, this has been really helpful in ensuring that I am comfortable to be focused on what I need to do.This bolster is well made and has withstood use, travel, and even an 8-year-old. My son sometimes uses it as a body pillow.

This is a beautiful pillow and very very large! I am not used to this in yoga but I've been using it and it's very helpful for some asanas. I think it could also be great while sleeping or just propping your legs up. I love the color (I got the teal). It was way larger than any bolster pillow I've ever used in yoga, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I think it is useful in some ways the smaller ones can't be.It's extremely well made and sewn. I haven't had it long enough to speak to its durability but I assume it will stay intact for a long time.

I know this is made for yoga but I love the feel of this pillow & it’s great for anyone that is a side sleeper!! J sleek witb this & I love it! It relieves my lower back pain just by propping up my legs on it. If I lay on my back or if I’m on my side. It’s super soft, firm & perfect size! Love it!

It appears to be well made, very durable. Stiffer than I expected but quite comfortable and serves its purpose.

Comparing to the Manduka yoga bolster, this is more firm. I use it for meditation and put it on my office chair to support the spine and lower back.

I am not into yoga by any stretch. I saw that this has the kapok filling and thought it would be good to use to sleep on for my lower back. Other pillows I have with kapok filling are soft and pliable. Holy moly when I got this its damn near hard as a rock. Definitely not for using for my lower back for sleeping. It was a shock to me. I suppose people into yoga would probably know better but just goes to show my ignorance. It is very well made and holds up very well. Just different than what I was expecting.

I could do stretches and asanas to help with the tension in my upper back, but even with a fascia roller I couldn't get my back to relax fully. The bolster pillow allows me to lay with it along my spine and my shoulders can relax, finally. Since it's wider and it doesn't need motion to have an effect I can focus on relaxation.I know that there's so much more I can use it for, but it's already proven it's worth to me. I use it every single day, even if I don't have time to do a full hour practice.
